（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓11日專電）美國總統當選人川普今天在美國媒體播出的專訪說明，接聽總統蔡英文電話的安排。他說瞭解一中政策，但不知道美國為何要被一中綁住，除非有好的協議。
川普（Donald Trump）在勝選後首度接受美國媒體福斯新聞（Fox News）主持人克里斯．華勒斯（ChrisWallace）專訪，首次親自說明接聽蔡總統電話的安排與考量。
華勒斯問到，媒體在通電話後隔日報導，川普事前經過多週考量才決定接聽電話，這是為了對外釋出訊息。到底是怎麼回事？
川普表示，「這經過完整考量，不是幾個星期。我接聽電話，在電話撥進來前大約1到2小時被告知，我完全瞭解一中政策，但我不知道美國為何要被一中政策綁住，除非我們與中國達成協議（Make a deal），這包括其他許多事，包括經貿。」
他說，瞭解中國將貨幣貶值，並對對境外商品徵收高稅率，美國並未對中國施加高稅，這嚴重傷害美國。
川普還說，中國在南海打造龐大海上堡壘，他們不該這樣做。講實在話，中國也沒在北韓問題上幫到忙，北韓如今擁有核武，中國可以處理這個問題，但他們根本不願幫忙。
對於北京對通電話的回應，川普強硬的說，「我不希望中國『命令』我怎麼做，這是打進來的電話，我沒有撥這通電話，這是簡短的電話對談，對我勝選表示祝賀，非常和悅簡短的一通電話。」

美國民主黨總統候選人希拉蕊．柯林頓與共和黨對手川普，在選戰最後倒數關鍵時刻連番激烈交鋒，兩人4日的論爭議題聚焦於美國當前的經濟表現。希拉蕊盛讚新出爐的就業報告，並樂觀期許經濟前景欣欣向榮，而川普則狠批報告造假詐騙，且痛斥這是一場災難。
希拉蕊與川普的戰況隨大選投票日趨逼近而節節升高，雙方對幾個決戰關鍵州尤其寸土必爭。
在賓州匹茲堡的造勢大會上，希拉蕊引據同黨籍現任總統歐巴馬政府最新就業報告，藉以論證美國當前經濟表現走強。該報告顯示，美國勞工平均薪資創上波金融危機以來最大增幅，且失業率從5％降低到4.9％。
希拉蕊說：「我相信美國經濟正蓄勢準備起飛與茁壯。當中產階級興旺起來，全國將繁榮昌盛。」
川普對希拉蕊的樂觀看法不以為然，他在新罕布夏州的群眾集會上說，勞工部的就業報告「是一場徹頭徹尾的災難」，實情是大批失業者不再繼續找工作、不再投入勞動市場，而報告「扭曲、失真」。
川普指出：「反正也沒人相信那些數字。他們釋出的那些數據都是虛假的。」
在俄亥俄、密西根與賓州等經濟走向衰敗的「鐵鏽地帶」（Rust Belt）搖擺州，當前政府的經濟表現，以及總統候選人對未來的願景，都是影響選民投票意向的關鍵要素。
希拉蕊最後在俄亥俄州克里夫蘭以一場夜間演唱會結束4日這天的選戰，她請來流行音樂天后碧昂絲與嘻哈樂手夫婿Jay Z等藝人勁歌熱舞，期望藉由他們的號召力鼓舞投票意願不高的年輕少數族裔選民踴躍投票。
